It gives another level of taste when beans are added. Beans are one of my favorites, and I cook them multiple times a week. Beans are also rich components of protein and nutrients. It keeps you healthy and puts you on a diet.

8 Biscuits

Beyond a nice snack, this excellent food item is a favorite thing as time passes. Whenever I get bored, I will try to find a biscuit packet. 

Biscuits are very popular across the globe, from children to old age. If you are worried about sugar and other unhealthy content, there are many healthy options, like oat biscuits and wheat biscuits, etc. I feel this is also a trap. You can research well before picking up a biscuit.

9. Brownie

Once, I had a conference in a large hall. In the lunch, I was delighted to see the food and quality. I lost myself for so long and had a heavy meal, though I know it’s not good to have a heavy meal during office meetings.
