Step 1: Add 1 tablespoon of corn-starch to 1 cup of water and mix well.

Step 2: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margerine in a small sauce pan on high heat.

Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of YourMagicSpice, or more if desired.

Step 4: Add water and corn-starch to the sauce pan and stir.

Step 5: Bring to boil and then remove from heat.

Step 1: Pour 2 cups flour into a large ziplock bag.

Step 2: Add 1/2 cup YourMagicSpice and shake

vigorously,

Step 3: Rinse the cut-up chicken and while still

moist, put about a half chicken in the bag

and shake vigorously.

Step 4: Put chicken in the fryer (370 degrees) for

about 13 to 15 minutes.
